Romell joined Jr Hoops in 2024 as a coach and stepped into the Manager of Basketball Operations role last season, where he handles coach scheduling and roster management.
A Glendale High School basketball alum, he still coaches for both Jr Hoops and LA Select, and it shows. Romell is a true player’s coach: he connects with kids, builds a winning culture on his teams, and has earned the trust of parents as a mentor their kids love playing for.
